An industry leading multi-disciplinary team is looking for a Director of Mechanical Engineering for their Cleveland, Ohio team!
Responsibilities :
- Lead / direct design of public / private development projects
- Recruit / build a strong engineering team
- Represent the team / firm in project and client interviews
- Assist with marketing firm to clients
- Work with internal team members
- Attend meetings with clients, local authorities, and other professionals
- Review designs prepared by others to ensure they adhere to QA / QC standards
Requirements :
- BS in Mechanical Engineering
- 12+ years of Mechanical design experience
- PE License
- Experience leading a design team
- Experience designing multiple types of projects (architectural / industrial)
- Broad HVAC / Plumbing design experience for a variety of building / system types
Salary is commensurate with experience.
