Summary :
Seeking a Project Manager to define, manage, and optimize projects within set scopes and objectives.
Job Requirements :
Experience with project management software tools (ProCore preferred).
Preferred Skills :
- Ability to prepare and track project budgets.
- Capability to develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans.
- Experience in managing contracts with vendors and suppliers, ensuring task assignment and communication of expected deliverables.
Job Responsibilities :
- Determining and defining project scope and objectives.
- Assigning project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements.
- Preparing budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
- Tracking project costs to meet budget.
- Developing and managing a detailed project schedule and work plan.
- Managing contracts with vendors and suppliers.
- Measuring project performance to identify areas for improvement.
Pay Details : $27.00 to $36.00 per hour
