Position Summary :
Corporation Service Company, a leader in business and legal services, is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Storage Engineer with expert-level knowledge in managing sophisticated storage and backup environments.
Ideal candidates are adept at deploying enterprise-level storage solutions, handling critical support situations, and are skilled at service management and change control.
Some of the things you will be doing :
- Design, deploy, and manage storage architectures including Fiber Channel, Pure flash array, Dell Powerscale
- Design, deploy, and manage backup strategies, using Commvault and Rubrik
- Automate systems and services to facilitate a self-service model, improving operational efficiency
- Provide Tier 3 support, participating in on-call rotations to resolve high-level escalations
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures
- Manage incident, problem, and change management processes using ServiceNow to ensure consistent adherence to change control protocols and timely resolution of tickets
What technical skills, qualifications, and experience do you need?
- 5+ years of professional experience with storage technologies such as Dell EMC Powerscale, Pure Flash Array, and Commvault
- Proven capability in managing Brocade Fiber Channel Storage Networks
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 3 years managing environments based on RHEL or Windows and VMware or Nutanix
- Experience with configuration management systems (., Puppet, Ansible) and scripting languages (., PowerShell, Python, YAML)
- Familiarity with Cisco ACI and ServiceNow is highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure

- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and learn quickly on the job
- Demonstrated ability to adhere to strict change control processes and effectively handle support tickets
