Job Title : Refrigeration Installer- Roanoke, VA

Pay $20 - $24 / hr. depending on experience

Job Description

As a Refrigeration Installer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and installation of HVAC-R systems. Your expertise in brazing, evacuating air and non-condensable gases, and configuring piping networks will be invaluable in setting up and maintaining climate control and refrigeration equipment.

Responsibilities

• Safely join pipes using brazing techniques to create durable, leak-proof connections.
• Evacuate air and non-condensable gases from systems to ensure optimal performance and prevent moisture contamination.
• Install and configure piping networks for refrigerants, water, and other fluids in HVAC-R systems.
• Set up climate control and refrigeration equipment, including air conditioners, heat pumps, and walk-in coolers.
• Diagnose issues and perform repairs on malfunctioning systems to restore full functionality.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations, including proper refrigerant handling per EPA guidelines.

Work Environment

Work Monday through Friday from 7 am to 3 : 30 pm, with opportunities for overtime. Be prepared to work in both indoor and outdoor climates and undergo random drug testing on-site if needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00 / hr.
