What’s a typical day as a Manufacturing Operations Team Manager ? You’ll be :

• Managing, developing, and leading the daily activities of multiple production teams
• Responsible for the daily activities of multiple production teams including managing team members, housekeeping, and meeting production targets
• Working cross functionally to improve safety, productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations

This job might be an outstanding fit if you :

• Have at least 10 years of supervisory experience
• Possess a college, university, or equivalent degree, or a high school diploma or equivalent education with significant experience
• Have a deep understanding of team-based work systems and production structures
• Are knowledgeable in labor and employee relations
• Have experience in fostering open communication
• Can effectively manage execution and motivate others
• Understand emergency management and response procedures
• Have experience in incident investigation and root cause analysis
