EnProVera is seeking a motivated individual to support the development of tactical and strategic acquisition tasks for programs and projects throughout all phases of the acquisition lifecycle.
What you will do :
- Advise on acquisition policies, regulations and statutes and assist PMO programs and projects, complying with all Federal, DoD, DoN, NAVWAR, and PEO C41 requirements.
- Advise on acquisition approaches to assist PMO programs and projects develop acquisition strategies.
- Prepare briefings and strategy recommendations for acquisition decision authorities.
- Prepare Joint Capabilities Integration and Development Systems (JCIDS) documentation including, but not limited to capabilities documents, acquisition plans and strategies and other required milestone documents listed in DoDI 5000.02.
- Research, analyze, develop, and coordinate strategy, policy and doctrine.
- Prepare briefings, decision papers and other documentation for decision authorities and sponsors.
- Coordinate Program Management Reviews for PMO Programs and projects to include briefing template development, scheduling, and briefing book preparation.
- Review and coordinate Technology Transition Agreements (TTA) and Transition Assessment Reviews (TAR)
Required Skills and Experience :
- At least 10 years of recent and relevant professional experience performing the duties and responsibilities listed above.
- Required Security Clearance : TS / SCI and be able to successfully pass a Counterintelligence polygraph examination.
- US Citizenship : Required
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office software
Required Education :
- Master’s Degree or :
- Bachelor's degree plus four (4) years additional related work experience may be substituted for a Master's degree
Desired Qualifications :
DAWIA Level II or III in program management or similar (e.g., PMP)
Pay Scale : $140,000 - $150,000 annually
FLSA Class : Exempt
