Downtown Jacksonville, Florida law firm seeks an enthusiastic, self-motivated full-time in-office Paralegal.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities for Paralegal :
- Communication with clients regarding cases
- Schedule and calendar events
- Handle discovery of cases
- File and serve documents when instructed
- Coordinate and prepare for depositions
- Draft documents at attorneys request
- Performs other duties as necessary.
Requirements :
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Dependable with a respect to confidentiality and policies.
Preferred Requirements :
- Prior legal experience as legal assistant / paralegal in commercial / construction strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
- Knowledge of ProLaw software.
- Typing skills.
