Hospitalist Opportunity in Southeast Kansas!!
Will consider J1 candidates if there is a tie to the midwest
Employed position
$2,000 per shift
Shifts are 6 on / 6 off, 6 on / 12 off
2 full time and 1 part time providers cover the service
Signing $15,000
Student Loan repayment up to $60,000
Moving up to $10,000
Malpractice paid, employee benefits package
Will consider IM, MED / PEDS, FP
Have to be comfortable with covering the ICU (5 bed unit) including vent management, pressers and etc.
Need to be proficient in EKG interpretation, Vent management, Central and Arterial lines, intubation
We do not have cardiology or pulmonology on site so Hospitalist will manage these areas. If provider becomes uncomfortable, they can ship the patient
Avg patient load is 15-20 patients per day
Max out at 25 patients per day
