Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Engineering or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Typically possesses three to five years of experience in managing large scale projects and use of associated management tools and techniques.
Demonstrated ability to develop requirements, adhere to schedules, develop and execute project plans, meet deadlines, operate under tight time constraints.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills including the ability to communicate complex ideas and information to different audiences and levels.
Day to Day responsibility :
Act as primary project manager on multiple Catalyst projects.
Manage large scale Catalyst projects and initiatives having high safety, operational, or financial impact that supports SCE and OU goals and strategic plans.
Perform project management functions, including project proposals, project plans, business cases, schedule, project scope definition, risk analysis / mitigation plans, resource requirement identification, and monitor progress.
Lead cross-functional and inter-departmental teams to achieve project objectives; facilitate meetings, presentations, and discussions to identify strategies for continuous improvement, communicate status updates and achieve project objectives.
Required Skills;
7+ years' experience in project management. 2+ years’ electric utility experience
