Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Engineering or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Typically possesses three to five years of experience in managing large scale projects and use of associated management tools and techniques.
Demonstrated ability to develop requirements, adhere to schedules, develop and execute project plans, meet deadlines, operate under tight time constraints.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills including the ability to communicate complex ideas and information to different audiences and levels.
Day to Day Responsibility :
- Calibrate and normalize Cybersecurity work items of various sizes, types and importance. Ensure the work items are assigned to the correct teams.
- Work with Cybersecurity management to identify key issues identified such as impediments or blockers in the execution of work
- Communicate with request submitters and engineers to refine the requirements and / or dependencies affecting the timing of the requests
- Identify key schedule conflicts between work items or engineer resource or availability and identify when there are issues that need Cyber management engagement
- Create effective status reporting for current work in the pipeline for the Cybersecurity team members.
- Refine the backlog of Portfolio Epic’s and or Features / Releases to ensure the anticipated timelines are aggregated and forecasts are aligned or updated.
- Author and refine user stories and groom product backlogs of requirements provided by the team with clearly defined acceptance criteria for release
- Communicate updates to key program stakeholders on an interval scheduled basis to ensure continuous team alignment.
