Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate surgical appointments and follow-up care
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families
- Communicate clearly with patients about medical procedures, treatment plans, and insurance details
- Manage patient files and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Assist in the scheduling and preoperative preparations
- Ensure a smooth flow of communication between patients, surgeons, and other departments
Qualifications :
- Knowledge of medical terminology (required)
- Strong customer service experience
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
