Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Mouse colony management and reporting while maintaining well organized and accurate records
  • DNA purification, PCR-based genotyping
  • Cell culture, transfection, immunostaining, preparation and analysis of cell lysates using protein / immunological and RNA techniques
  • Participate in the design and perform procedures supportive of mouse related experiments including, surgery, drug treatment, post-experiment evaluation, and mouse product sample collection, primarily an RS- B job responsibility.
  • Epithelial cell isolation from mouse lung, culturing cell lines and primary cells, primarily an RS- B job responsibility.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

  • RS : A - Bachelor of Science and 0 to 1 year of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • RS : B - Bachelor's Degree and 1 to 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

Salary offers are made based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, as well as internal and market factors and grade profile.
