POSITION SUMMARY :
The Senior Treasury Analyst position supports Dominium’s Treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting and cash optimization activities, debt and liquidity management, assistance with managing the company’s enterprise lines of credit, bank relationship management and investment decisions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Coordinates with Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Insurance and Risk, Partner Services and Development teams to maintain an accurate enterprise-level cash flow forecast used for liquidity and investment decisions by ownership.
- Assists with the management of the company’s cash flow; ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet operational and investment needs.
- Ownership of the -year long-term forecast, including ongoing updates, enhancements, and presentation.
- Assists with the short-term forecast as needed.
- Prepares and present treasury reports to senior leaders.
- Assists with maintaining banking relationships and negotiate banking services and fees.
- Oversees management of debt and credit facilities, ensuring compliance with covenants.
- Assists in leading the facilitation of internal investment opportunities such as loan originations, low-income housing tax credit investment opportunities, or daily / weekly investments for available enterprise liquidity.
- Assists Dominium Project Managers in the advancement of Treasury related initiatives.
- Creates, reviews, and offers investment letters of intent on behalf of Dominium’s lending entities.
- Participates in the development, advancement, and growth of treasury team members.
- Assists the Corporate Services department in all areas to ensure that department and organizational goals are met, not limited to typical day-to-day activities.
- Other responsibilities as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor’s degree in business finance or related field is required.
- years of financial analysis activities or treasury experience is required.
- Candidates with direct experience in commercial real estate, affordable housing, or loan maintenance / origination is preferred.
- Cash flow forecasting experience is a plus, but not required.
- Advanced modeling skills using Microsoft Excel is required.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage diverse personalities and create a cohesive team environment.
- Exceptional level of mathematical, analytical reasoning, and forecasting skills.
- Extremely organized and task oriented.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to complete goals.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to provide a high level of customer service.
