Job Summary
Our client, a well-known Boston based Personal Injury firm, is seeking an experienced litigation paralegal to take on a lead role within their busy litigation trial practice group.
This group brings sophisticated, high dollar Personal Injury cases to trial. Candidates for this position will have a minimum of 2 years of litigation paralegal experience along with familiarity to electronic discovery programs.
Personal Injury experience preferred. This position will oversee junior members and be responsible for preparing court filings, cite and fact checking legal briefs, preparing for and attending trials, summarizing deposition and trial exhibits, working with litigation technology staff on various projects, and drafting legal documents.

- Assists attorneys in all aspects of pre-trial, trial, and appellate litigation, including overseeing fact and expert discovery, including e-discovery, depositions, and preparation of exhibits.
- Conducts factual and legal research, compiling results in an organized and succinct manner.
- Address client inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
- Assist with other tasks and projects as requested or needed.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES :
- 2+ years of paralegal experience in Personal Injury Litigation preferred.
- Must have TRIAL PREPARATION and TRIAL ATTENDANCE experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience with WestLaw Next, Lexis Advance, and BestCase a plus. This is a tech orineted firm.
