• PAY : $100,000 - $110,000 depending on experience.
• HOURS : Monday - Friday, Business hours.

Position Overview :

• Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, you will work with the clinical staff in the assessment of client needs, treatment planning, and facilitation.
• You'll advocate for options and services to meet an individual’s mental and physical health needs through communication and available resources to promote quality cost-effective outcomes.

Examples of what you will do is :

• Working as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide quality care to clientele, ensuring safety and best practices.
• Ensuring excellent clinical care is provided in individual and group therapy and documented for all clients.
• Consistently communicating and reporting the needs of the clients to the Clinical Director.
• Effectively interacting / communicating with all clinical and non-clinical departments coordinating care for clients.
• Ensuring the timely completion of clinical documentation (notes must be done in 24 hours), including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, group notes, and discharge plans.
• Facilitating comprehensive evaluations and diagnostic assessments upon admission for clients, as assigned by the Clinical Director.

You will bring :

• Licensed LMFT or LCSW or LPCC and registration with California BBS.
• A genuine desire to work with the Adult population we serve.
• Understanding of counseling and other treatment procedures for mental health disorders with co-occurring substance abuse issues.
• Computer proficiency; experience with documentation and EMR systems desired.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and service orientation.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Solid organizational and prioritization abilities.
