Event Sales Assistant - Denver, CO
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic, ambitious, and motivated individual to join their dynamic events team as an Event Sales Assistant.
This is an entry-level position perfect for a recent graduate or someone looking to pivot into an exciting career in event sales.
Full training will be provided, though prior experience in sales, marketing, promotions, or customer engagement is highly valued.
As an Event Sales Assistant, you’ll play a key role in delivering pop-up and promotional events, focusing heavily on sales support and customer interaction.
This position involves hands-on involvement in event logistics and execution, working alongside a supportive team to ensure each event’s success.

Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the events team to execute multiple events with a strong sales focus.
- Accompany the events manager to internal and external events.
- Drive event promotions on social media platforms.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the events manager.
- Assist in creative decision-making for event themes and branding.
- Prepare and distribute promotional materials.
- Take on ad-hoc event duties, including direct sales support, customer engagement, and event setup
- Meet campaign sales targets and contribute to overall event success.
- Manage setup and breakdown of events, ensuring all branded materials arrive promptly.
Skills & Qualifications :
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to travel and flexibility with hours outside of a standard schedule.
- Professional demeanor representing the business at all times.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
