Job Duties :
- Assemble complex electro-mechanical products according to provided work instructions.
- Fastening parts utilizing a variety of tools and techniques.
- Executing basic test protocols.
- Help identify necessary updates to assembly procedures.
- Keep a clean and organized workplace Inspect others' work for quality purposes.
- Support other tasks when needed (Logistics, Material, Prototype, etc.).
- Reports safety issues to supervisor.
Qualifications
- Attention to detail Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Prior experience in mechanical assembly.
- Understands how to handle static-sensitive electrical components.
- Strong understanding of basic hand and power tools.
- Understanding of standard PPE practices.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Ability to ascend and descend multiple-step ladders frequently.
- Automotive or autonomous vehicle assembly experience preferred.
- Professional soldering experience preferred
