Qdoba Mexican Eats is looking to add customer-oriented Line Servers to it's team! We have both full and part-time positions available and can offer a flexible work schedule to fit your needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage and interact with guests and other team members
- Create guest orders as requested and ensure the accuracy of each order
- Pay careful attention to presentation of food
- Frequently clean the service line, restaurant equipment, and dining area and assist in maintaining overall restaurant cleanliness
- Prepare, create and maintain food according to specifications by using approved recipes, proper portions and food prep logs / tools
- Replenish food in service stations and holding areas appropriately
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout entire working shift
- Ring order accurately by using the point of sale system
Other Requirements :
- Previous restaurant experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Desire to learn and take on additional tasks
- Integrity
