MercyOne Des Moines is seeking a BC / BE Neurosurgeon to join our collegial cutting edge fellowship trained Neurosurgery team.

 We offer top tier compensation with seven figure base salary, $100,000 bonus, and production / quality incentive plan.Â

Opportunity Details :

• Case mix includes complex spine, neurovascular conditions, brain and trauma
• Two Clinic Days / 3 OR Days
• No elective cases or clinic while on Trauma Call
• Dedicated Clinic RN for each Physician
• Call 1 : 4 with APP taking 1 st call
• APP's primary assist with daily inpatient rounding
• On site X-Ray, CT and MRI / Functional MRI
• Robust spine center with integrated Pain and PMR
• Clinical practice experience strongly preferredÂ
