JobDescription

As a Territory Sales Manager youwill play a critical role in driving regional sales performanceand

supporting the overall growth of thebusiness. You will collaborate with internal teams to developand

implement effective sales strategies monitormarket trends and ensure that district sales targets are

met. With a strong focus on datadriven decisionmakingyoull work to optimize sales techniques and

maintain consistency across territories.

This position requires extensive travel within assigneddistricts to provide support share best practices

and assist in training initiatives. Youll also engage withcustomers attend industry events and help

steerthe company toward continued success while managing regional salesbudgets and reporting on

performancemetrics.

Responsibilities :

1. Collaborate with the other internal teams to developand implement strategies to achieve

districtsales targets and objectives.

2. Develop andimplement territories sales strategies to increase market share andmeet

objectives set by management.

3. Utilize data driven insights to adjust strategies andimprove performance.

4. Manage regional salesand expense budgets as set by leadership.

5.Visit all markets within assigned district as needed providesupport share best practices and

ensureconsistency in reporting across regions.

6.Assist other territory managers with tasks such as customermeetings systems training and

business reviewsas requested.

7. Travel to markets throughoutthe company to assist with training initiatives includingsales

techniques and process improvements asrequested by leadership.

8. Maintain accuraterecords of customer interactions sales activities and territoryperformance

metrics and report out data asrequested.

9. Continuously monitor market trendscompetitor activities and customer feedback to identify

opportunities for business growth andimprovement.

10. Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams including Logistics Operations Inside Salesand

Customer Support to align strategies anddrive overall business success.

11. Representthe company at industry events conferences and trade shows topromote brand /

name awareness and expand thecustomer base as requested by leadership.

Qualifications

1. Proventrack record of success in sales and territory management with atleast 5 years of

experience in a similarrole.

2. Strong communication and interpersonalskills with the ability to build rapport and trust with

customers and colleagues.

3. Excellentproblemsolving abilities with a customercentric approach toresolving issues and

exceedingexpectations.

4. Ability to work independentlyand collaboratively in a fastpaced environment managing

multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

5. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigneddistricts and to other markets as needed

up to75% travel potential).

6. Proficiency inMicrosoft Office suite and general computer skills arepreferred.

7. Valid drivers license and cleandriving record.

Compensation :

Base Salary$65000$80000 plus incentive
