Job Description :
Reclaim Realty is looking for motivated and passionate individuals to join our growing team as Property Recovery Specialists.
In this role, you will assist clients who have been through foreclosure in recovering their unclaimed funds. This is a unique opportunity to work with a highly experienced team in a high-reward, commission-based position.
You’ll be responsible for contacting clients, guiding them through the legal documentation process, and submitting claims to recover their funds.
Key Responsibilities :
- Contact and build rapport with clients who have unclaimed foreclosure funds
- Guide clients through document submission and notarization
- Submit and track claims with county offices
- Provide regular updates to clients on their case status
Qualifications :
- Experience in phone sales, customer service, or real estate
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
- Ability to work on commission-only pay with high potential earnings
