RESPONSABILIDADES DEL TRABAJO para el empleado clave de atención al público
- La clave de FOH servirá como apoyo para el personal de FOH, ayudando en la resolución de cualquier problema, queja o insatisfacción de los huéspedes y ejerciendo el buen juicio y la toma de decisiones para resolver rápidamente la situación.
- Ayudar con las tareas de apertura y cierre del gerente.
- Comunícate de forma proactiva con el equipo directivo.
REQUISITO DE TRABAJO para Empleado Clave de Recepción
- Debe tener experiencia como mesero, corredor o asistente de mesero, preferiblemente en un restaurante de alta cocina.
- Debe completar con éxito el programa de capacitación en restaurantes y mantener la voluntad de aprender.
