Description :
As a member of Digital & Direct Marketing, you’ll support the growth of the business as Website Coordinator. The position will be responsible for ownership over website strategy, content and execution.
You’ll work with key stakeholders to develop site content, improve site user experience, implement SEO best practices, maintain brand standards, and develop a road map for future innovation.
Partner with colleagues on Digital team to identify improvements and implement website updates.
Leverage analytics and reporting to optimize web performance, identify areas for growth and support business needs.
Ensure clear, ensuring fresh & compelling content, that drives business objectives.
Who Will the Candidate Be Working with on a Daily Basis?
Will be working with other relationship managers and private wealth partners as well as commercial and retail banking partners.

By showcasing website expertise. You’ve worked across different content management platforms, understand website best practices, know the role of content development and how to turn analytics into actionable insights.
By being proactive, resourceful, and results driven. You anticipate business needs and proactively adjust accordingly. You are able to adapt in real time to changing requirements and quickly identify new strategies
Having strong influencing, storytelling, and presentation skills. Highly effective in setting context, simplifying data, insights, and recommendations in order to achieve Line of Business and executive buy-in.
Solid understanding of google analytics
Understanding and documenting requirements. Work closely with business partners to gather complicated requirements and facilitate solution ongoing discussions to ensure you meet website needs.
Create strong relationships, lead discussions, listen and ask the right questions to ensure solutions meet requirements.
