We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Supervisor / Lab Assistant for our Phlebotomy program. This role involves clinical instruction and direct supervision of phlebotomy students during lab classes, ensuring they master all competencies required for successful practice.
The Clinical Supervisor will also oversee students performing clinical or laboratory tasks and assist with other reasonable duties as assigned.
- Provide clinical instruction and direct supervision to phlebotomy students during lab classes.
- Ensure students demonstrate proficiency in all phlebotomy competencies.
- Monitor and guide students while performing clinical or laboratory tasks.
- Collaborate with faculty and clinical sites to enhance student learning experiences.
- Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by program leadership.
Educational Requirements :
- Associate’s degree in a health-related field (required).
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Current Phlebotomy Certification by the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) as a Phlebotomist, Clinical Laboratory Technician, or Medical Laboratory Scientist (required).
Experience Requirements : Minimum of one year of phlebotomy experience (required). Required Documents :
