Hand and Stone is rapidly expanding across the US and provides massage and facials and waxing services 7 days a week. We are seeking candidates that are professional, enthusiastic, and motivated with excellent communication skills, with a desire to grow into Leadership Providers as the spa develops and cultivates in a larger, busier, more successful location.

Therapist requirements :

1 Customer service oriented

2 Ability to perform Swedish, Deep Tissue and Hot Stone

3 Ability to educate clients on advanced treatment options

4 Skilled, knowledgeable and experienced in hospitality or customer service

5. Leadership Oriented

Job Responsibilities :

• Design specific treatment plans based on the client's individual needs.
• Create an excellent experience for members / guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
