Construction Project Coordinator

Position Overview : We're looking for a driven Construction Project Coordinator to join our team! We are a general contractor in the Longmont, CO area handling heavy civil construction projects.

The ideal candidate would be a Project Coordinator or Project Assistant, possibly from a construction background, that has helped support construction estimators, project managers and the field team with information relay.

In addition, this position would help ensure project schedules, materials procurement and delivery are accurate and on time.

Responsibilities :

  • Project Coordination :
  • Work with the Estimating and Project Management team to Assist in developing project timelines, schedules and budgets.
  • Maintain, update and send out project schedules as directed.
  • Assist in information relay to clients and teams.
  • Support in overseeing projects from start to finish, including :
  • Reviewing project documentation, checking for accuracy and completing any contracts, change orders or other project related documentation.
  • Communicate :
  • Consistently demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills both with teammates and clients.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, clients and other key stakeholders as directed.
  • Jobsite :
  • Visit jobsites as directed to oversee project progress, crew safety and compliance with environmental regulations.

Requirements :

  • 1+ years of construction project coordination experience or similar role (can include relevant internships).
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • BSc / BA a bonus.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Prior experience working in a fast pace, changing environment and able to pivot and respond quickly.
  • Experience in project management software a plus but not required.

Job Type : Full-time

Schedule : 8AM-5PM, Monday-Friday

Pay : $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year, depending on experience (DOE)
