What You Will Bring :
- A portable book of business of at least $1 million.
- Extensive experience handling private corporate matters.
- A proven track record of success in handling complex M&A transactions.
- Expertise in due diligence, negotiations, drafting, and reviewing transaction documents.
- A strong ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
