We are in search of a dedicated Receptionist to join our team in New Hope, Minnesota. The role involves greeting customers, handling calls, transferring calls to the correct departments, and some administrative tasks.

Responsibilities :
- Greet customers and answer incoming calls in a professional and timely manner
- Transfer incoming calls to the correct departments as necessary
- Assist in creating gift boxes for customers
- Undertake excel projects occasionally, including looking over customer numbers and making corresponding calls
- Ensure job numbers match across different platforms and documents
- Provide face-to-face customer service by going above and beyond to meet customer needs
- Proactively take on additional tasks and responsibilities to support the team
- Maintain a reliable and consistent presence at the front desk
- Proficiency in performing receptionist duties including managing front desk operations and greeting visitors
- Experience in answering inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry, record keeping, and report generation
- Knowledge of administrative office procedures and systems such as managing files and records
- Strong customer service skills to ensure a satisfactory experience for all visitors
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients, employees, and management
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
