Fox Rent-A-Car, a division of Europcar Mobility Group, is looking for an energetic Counter Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, oversee our Rental Agent team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences at the rental counter.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead & Develop Sales Team : Coach and mentor a team of Rental Agents, ensuring they meet and exceed sales goals using our proven 6-step sales process.
- Sales & Revenue Growth : Drive monthly revenue growth by implementing strategic sales initiatives, assessing agent performance, and providing technical sales support when necessary.
- Hands-on Counter Oversight : Be present at the rental counter most of the time to assess the effectiveness of agents, address their challenges, and ensure smooth operations.
- Customer Issue Resolution : Walk the counter line to resolve customer concerns proactively. You occasionally work the counter during high demand or set an example for the team.
- Maintain Team Energy & Motivation : Foster a positive, vibrant work environment by delivering constructive criticism, keeping the team engaged, and bringing an energetic and supportive attitude to ensure collective success.
Additional Duties :
- Oversee the Rental Agent counter, ensuring adherence to the 6-step sales process and delivering technical sales support to enhance team performance.
- Resolve any counter-related issues that arise, maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular assessments of agent performance, offering guidance and support to help them succeed.
Qualifications :
- 3+ years of proven experience in sales leadership within a competitive environment.
- Strong skills in relationship-building, negotiation, and closing sales.
- Ability to give constructive criticism and maintain a positive, motivating presence on the team.
- Experience driving revenue growth, meeting sales targets, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
