Responsibilities-Assist in providing end-to-end support for creator merchandizing in terms of data analysis, business strategy and internal communications.

  • Assist in conducting business analysis for overall creator team performances, covering from resource management to strategy formation.
  • Generate live best practices, learnings and insights for sharing.

Minimum Qualifications-2025 graduate, currently pursuing an MBA degree-Excellent communication and negotiation skills-Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications-Global project experience-Experience with business development, pitching, and partnership management with agencies
