Job Summary :
Responsible for filling job orders / selecting employees for jobassignment(s) and sending them out to the client locations whenthey have the appropriate skills and paperwork completed.
Alsoresponsible for generating leads and maintaining logs for employeesregarding their changes in employment as well ascallins.
Responsibilities andDuties :
- Take applications / reviseapplications / forms when required and interviewapplicants.
- Fill job orders / match people tothe job that best applies to them and their pastexperiences.
- Attend walkins.
- Answer phone calls.
- Set up andmonitor GMP and Training videos.
- Perform andrecord 5 / 10 panel drug testing on employees based on clientneeds.
- Perform any skills testing backgroundchecks and social security number verifications for temps employeesbased on client requirements.
- Create and printour employee ID’s for both TSSI and QFS.
- Hand out checks in the office on Fridays and verifyemployee information.
- End assignments foremployees and record these changes on log.
- Report employee absences or tardiness to clients andmaintain logs for employees’ absences ortardiness.
- Log / recordany accidents in to Zenople. Make sure that the client hasappropriate accident forms and follow up to ensure they getcompleted and turned into the DE for scanning.
- Write up job orders and employment notices for every neworder and position.
- Provideinformation / details on job assignments for employees (directions tothe company duties to be performed environment rules dress codeetc.)
- Clean office on specifieddays.
- Provide assistance with translating ifneeded.
- Maintaincontact with client supervisors to be able to respond immediatelyand more efficiently to emergency job orders.
- Client visits to ensure that orders are filled properlyas the client requires.
- Complete unemploymenthearings as needed.
- Generate leads andresearch accuracy regarding the information provided.
- Generate and turn in emails from resumes emails andapplications.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :
- Must haveknowledge / experience with all aspects of L1 Employment Coordinatorposition.
- High School diploma or equivalentrequired.
- Microsoft Word / Excel.
