Program Support Specialist

Work together win together : This role reports to the Manager, Program Support for one of Epsilon’s largest automotive OEM clients.

Innovate with purpose :

• Review, validate, correct, and provide feedback on program set-up information, to ensure the information is accurate and conforms to the signed dealer executed agreement.
• Data entry into multiple applications to support client onboarding and ongoing change management activities.
• Follow SOX-approved Quality Control & Activation procedures to onboard clients in the programs they are enrolling into and make changes to existing clients.
• Provide assistance to client inquiries on Epsilon’s automotive programs as it relates to onboarding and dealer setup.
• Triage and resolve onboarding and dealer set-up requests, assigning / escalating to the proper department dependent on our documented escalation process.

Important : This is a hybrid-role working at least 2 days per week in the San Diego office. No other locations are to be considered.

What You’ll Achieve :

• Epsilon Automotive is one of the fastest-growing channels within Epsilon. There are plenty of opportunities to grow and learn from the best in the industry.
• Work with our Quick Strike and Enrollment teams to support data entry needs.
• During the busy season, there are also opportunities for overtime work.

Who You Are :

• What you’ll bring with you :
• Minimum 1-2 years of data entry or quality control experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
• Willingness to work extended hours, if needed.
• Why you might stand out from other talent :
• Previous experience generating reports using prebuilt SQL queries.
• Automotive Experience or Marketing Agency Experience.

Hourly Pay Range : $18.00 - $20.00 / hr.
