Bethany Village Assisted Living is now hiring a Senior Lifestyle Specialist / Sales and Marketing Director

The Senior Lifestyle Specialist / Director of Sales & Marketing is a valued member of the leadership team that is responsible for driving occupancy and reaching set forth goals in the community.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies through preparation of a strategic sales plan.
• Ensure that all sales related activities support customer satisfaction, retention, and new business development goals.
• Motivate and inspire team members to meet established sales targets.
• Proactively build opportunities for ongoing development of community partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business / communications / marketing or related field preferred; or three years equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
• One to three years sales and / or marketing experience preferred.
• Previous health care experience preferred.
