Full job description
Interim Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate LNA to join our team.
This 1 : 1 LNA will be responsible for providing healthcare services to a child with Down's Syndrome during the after school hours.
This child needs assistance with toileting and dietary needs for dysphagia.
Hours are be 3 : 30 - 7 : 30pm Monday through Thursday

As a Licensed Nursing Assistant, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do :
- Provide personal care and support our client
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation and companionship
- Document their condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns
- Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways
- Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbies
A few must-haves :
- High school diploma (or equivalent) and active LNA license in the state of NH
- Six (6) months of experience in a healthcare role, preferred
- Must be able to lift 50 LBS with no restrictions
- Valid Driver’s License and Reliable transportation
