Responsibilities
This position reports to the Plant Manager and key responsibilities are to help oversee all production related activities including production scheduling, quality assurance, safety, customer service, and LEAN manufacturing.
Requirements
The qualified applicant will possess a or Associates degree, knowledge of the feed industry, and experience in a supervisory role for a minimum of 2 years.
Other requirements include solid computer skills, experience in a LEAN manufacturing environment, and experience motivating staff through good communication.
