An industry leader in print and packaging solutions is seeking a dynamic individual to train as a Manager and Lead Packaging Estimator in the Orlando, Florida area.
This role will evolve into a senior management position. Upon being hired, the individual will learn from the current Manager, focusing on estimating and planning for products such as flexible packaging and labels.

This is a salaried day shift position with the expectation of committing 45-50 hours a week. There is some flexibility with start / finish times (i.
e.7am-4pm / 9am-6pm).The company is offering a salary range of $80,000 110,000 depending on experience. The responsibilities for this position include developing cost estimates for packaging projects, analyzing project specifications for production optimization, collaborating with teams to ensure estimates meet production and client needs, keeping updated on industry trends and technology, providing pricing support to sales and client service teams, and reviewing data to improve estimating standards.
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred. Candidates must have excellent mastery of Excel software and experience in the printing packaging industry.
Good business acumen, attention to detail and analytical skills are necessary to fill this role. Must be proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office as well as have had experience with MIS software.
