What you will be doing :
- Maintain quality & food safety levels across company plants and co-manufacturers
- Design and implement quality & food safety policy & procedure implementation
- Maintain finished product specifications and customer inquiries
- Work cross-functionally to assure quality specification and program compliance
- Drive value-added continuous improvement
- Other duties as assigned.
What you will bring to the team :
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in a related field.
- Record of successful experience in plant quality control management and / or corporate quality assurance activities
- Demonstrated pattern of initiative and leadership
- Strong problem solving, decision-making, and project management skills
- Preferred but not required : bilingual Spanish speaker
