What you will be doing :

• Maintain quality & food safety levels across company plants and co-manufacturers
• Design and implement quality & food safety policy & procedure implementation
• Maintain finished product specifications and customer inquiries
• Work cross-functionally to assure quality specification and program compliance
• Drive value-added continuous improvement
• Other duties as assigned.

What you will bring to the team :

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in a related field.
• Record of successful experience in plant quality control management and / or corporate quality assurance activities
• Demonstrated pattern of initiative and leadership
• Strong problem solving, decision-making, and project management skills
• Preferred but not required : bilingual Spanish speaker
