  • Supervising, monitoring activity and providing direction to direct reports
  • Training new team members, while ensuring development of current staff
  • Analyzing customer feedback and service trends to identify areas for improvement
  • Working with internal departments to address customer issues and improve service

  • This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday, daytime hours
  • Pay is based on experience and starts at $70,000
  • TransAm is based in Olathe, KS
