Position Summary : A family in Southern Arizona is seeking an experienced and seasoned Estate Manager who has a passion for hospitality and property management.

Must have stellar references from prior Principals. Must have experience working or in a Desert.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the household, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage household staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate and oversee household activities, events, and special projects.
- Maintain household budgets, expenses, and financial records.
- Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and proper upkeep of the residence.
- Handle household inventory management, including purchasing and stocking supplies.
- Liaise and manage vendors, contractors, and service providers as needed.
- Provide personalized support and assistance to the residents and guests, anticipating their needs and preferences.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end residential setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse individuals.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in managing household finances and budgets.
- Knowledge of basic household maintenance and safety practices.
- Discretion, integrity, and professionalism in handling confidential information
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Schedule : Generally, Monday through Friday work week with occasional weekend flexibility. This is a year round, live out position.
Compensation : $175K, commensurate with experience, along with comprehensive benefits. Relocation costs will be subsidized up to $5K.
