Location : Grand Rapids, MI
An innovative plastic injection molding company is looking for a Plastics Engineer to provide technical process expertise for a plastic injection molding facility.
If you are a talented Process Technician or Engineer looking for an opportunity to get into leadership, then this is a great role for you!
Responsibilities :
- Generate and implement continuous improvement activities on the plant floor
- Develop new processes using engineering techniques including DOE, short shot studies
- Adhere to ISO procedures and work instructions
- Lead all internal and external tool samples
- Review and approve tooling
Qualifications :
- BS in Plastics Engineering, Preferred
- 3+ years’ experience in the plastic injection molding industry
Position :
- Permanent Full-time Employee
- Shift : Days (Monday- Friday)
- Pay : Depending on Experience
- Travel : None
