Job Title : Principal Test Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Test Engineer to join our team. As a Principal Test Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the testing efforts of our products and ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality.
You will work closely with our development team to identify and resolve any issues that arise during the testing process.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and deploy test strategies, test plans and test procedures for our customer’s products
- Ensure manufacturing test capacity is sufficient for material requirements plan (MRP)
- Design, build, specify, and maintain test equipment to support customer test needs
- Engage in both sustaining and NPI support test activities e.g., test plan and procedures, test reports, TRR & PRR, training, troubleshooting & debug, customer audits
- Provide technical direction and clarification of test requirements to test and manufacturing operations personnel
- Collaborate with the business capture team - meet with customers, provide technical test feedback, estimate NRE / RE material / labor for proposals
- Provide status & forecast on assigned Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) tasks
- Quality driven; review test procedures and results to ensure consistency & accuracy
- Proactive and innovative capable of identifying opportunities for improvement then making them happen
- Ability to travel occasionally within the US
Requirements and Qualifications
- Self-starter : able to multi-task and prioritize tasks, able to step-in where needed
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, mechanical or similar field
- Experience implementing tests of digital, analog, and RF products for a production environment
- Familiar with testing to the requirements for aerospace & military systems
- Minimum eight (8) years experience
- US Citizen; management experience and a Security Clearance is a plus
