Sentara Enterprises - Specialty Pharmacy is looking for a full time Specialty Pharmacy Tech to join their dynamic team in Chesapeake, VA.

Shift : Monday - Friday (8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm)

This position does require some heavy lifting, packaging and shipping. Retail experience is preferred but not required.

The Specialty Pharmacy Technician I will ensure accurate and timely data entry, product dispensing, and packing of prescription orders and will be responsible to provide exceptional customer service.

The technician will work in a high volume fulfillment and / or call center environment on a multi-disciplinary team. Routine interaction with specialty pharmacy patients with complex medication needs requiring high touch care and follow-up.

Qualifications :

• Registered with the Commonwealth of VA Board of Pharmacy - Pharmacy Technician required
• PTCB or NHA preferred

Job Summary

Registered with the Commonwealth of Virginia Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician required

Qualifications :

HS - High School Grad or Equivalent (Required)

Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) - Certifications - Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB)
