Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting activities
  • Utilize various tools and platforms, including LinkedIn, email, and other outbound tactics to identify and engage potential clients
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Maintain a high volume of daily outreach activities
  • Collaborate with the team to align outbound efforts with inbound marketing strategies
  • Track and report on all sales activities and results using our CRM system
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and our company's services

Requirements

  • Proven experience (2+ years) as an SDR or similar role in the tech industry, preferably in software services or IT outsourcing
  • Must reside in the US, Canada, or Latin America
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding lead generation and meeting booking targets
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Strong understanding of the software development industry and nearshoring concepts
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
