Duties :
Enhance current and establish new business relationships, focusing on independent and corporate foodservice, restaurants, specialty shops, and convenience stores within the area, to attain sales and profit targets, as well as promote growth.
Design strategies, presentations, execution plans, programs, promotional activities, and procedures, in consultation with the Director of Sales.
Collaborate with designated Regional Brokers to establish sales objectives and priorities for each account, ensuring continued revenue growth.
Requirements :
3-5 years of sales experience in the food industry, with a focus on foodservice, specialty, convenience store, and independent accounts.
Thorough understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
A motivated and self-disciplined individual with a strong hunter and entrepreneurial mindset.
Broker and distributor experience.
Proficiency in using Excel and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Driven to seize business opportunities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly establish rapport with customers. Travel Requirement : Approximately 50%+ within the region.
Offered Compensation :
