Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and products through our facility.

The starting Hourly Pay Rate Range is from $19.60 to $24.47 / hr.

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate Shipments : Arrange and oversee inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation.
• Inventory Management : Maintain accurate inventory records, track stock levels, and assist with cycle counts.
• Quality Control : Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for quality and compliance.
• Communication : Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve any shipping or receiving issues.
• Safety : Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized shipping / receiving area.
• Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency.

Qualifications :

• Experience : Minimum of 2 years in shipping and receiving coordination.
• Attention to Detail : Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail.
• Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-Solving : Ability to troubleshoot and resolve logistics challenges.
• Computer Literacy : Proficiency in MS Office and shipping software (e.g., UPS, FedEx).
• Team Player : Collaborative mindset and ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
