Job Responsibilities :
- Support the master schedule
- Partner with Supervisors & Leads
- Release mfg. & change orders
- Review MRP planning
- Manage materials
- Identify potential supply risks & inefficiencies
- Partner with Planning, Purchasing, Mfg., Customer Service & Sales depts.
- Manage & update customer lines of balance & other open orders
- Respond in a timely fashion to inquiries, present info to groups & Sr. Management
- Complete special projects & tasks as assigned
- Monitor, track, & manage KPIs to meet goals
- Support all company & dept. goals / objectives
- Provide excellent customer service
- Support proper documentation
- Support Continuous Improvement
- Adhere to all compliance & policies / procedures
Job Requirements :
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience in a mfg. environment
- Bachelors strongly preferred; CPIM or similar supply chain certs.
- Planning management experience including mfg. orders, rough cut capacity planning, & data analysis, S&OP, inventory & materials management
- Experience reviewing & issuing mfg. orders, BOM’s & routers
- ERP / MRP experience
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Excel pivots, V-lookups, charts, etc.
- Critical thinker, problem-solving skills & ability to think independently
