- Top hourly wages from $34.00 per hour - $41.00 per hour based on experience & qualifications (NOT flat rate)
- ASE bonus, the company will pay .25 per hour in addition to hourly base wage for each ASE certification (A1 thru A8). The company will also pay a premium $.
25 per hour to a technician that achieves ASE Master Certification.

Fleet Maintenance Mechanic Major Responsibilities :
- Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs to ensure vehicles are safe for our customers.
- Diagnose and perform accurately all phases of vehicle and equipment repair including the repair of brakes, HVAC systems, engine tune-ups, suspensions, drive trains, transmission, electrical systems, drivability and other repairs.
- Assist with road calls and emergency service repairs.
- Ensure work orders are completed properly and accurately. Maintain records of all maintenance work completed including parts and supplies used.
- Complete preventative maintenance (PMs), safety inspections, and annual maintenance inspections.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Fleet Maintenance Mechanic Qualifications :
- Valid driver’s license required with a clean driving record.
- Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of automotive or diesel repair employment experience or combination of education & experience.
- Good fabrication and problem solving skills.
- excellent communication skills.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Must have appropriate mechanic’s tool set.
- Must participate in company ASE certification program (company training, testing, and bonuses provided!)
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
