For the successful Field Service Engineer, our client is offering :
- Salary £36,000 - £37,500 per annum (Depending on experience)
- Regular Overtime / payable Monday to Saturday X1.5 and Sunday X2.
- 45 hours per week
- Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM
- Permanent days
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays

The Role Field Service Engineer :
We are looking for a Field Service Engineer in Kent / South London to be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing third-party equipment.
In this role, you will be providing a good level of customer service through product knowledge and customer interaction.
- Complete all service, repair, warranty, and inspection jobs allocated daily, to a high-quality standard
- Build strong rapport and relationships with customers, through professional behavior and a customer-focused mindset
- Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve standard technical problems that arise, ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
- Develop skills and knowledge of the organisation’s products and service
- Comply with all Legal and company standards, such as the code of conduct and H&S practices.
What our client is looking for in a Field Service Engineer :
- Mechanical / Electrical Engineering qualifications / time served (ESSENTIAL)
- Experienced multi-skilled engineering experience with heavy plant equipment and working with Hydraulic Systems (ESSENTIAL)
- Able to read and follow electrical wiring diagrams
- Fault find and diagnostics of CANBUS Systems, as well as electrical fault finding
- Good IT literacy, numeracy, and analytical skills.
