Engineering & Production Forecasting Technician
The candidate will report to the Supervisor Regulatory and Production Reporting and work directly with the company's Operations Engineers and field personnel.
Key responsibilities include :
- Managing all aspects of the company's Avocet production reporting system to gather and analyze production data,
- Work directly with the software vendor to troubleshoot and resolve issues in data capture or reporting,
- Working directly with the regulatory department to facilitate timely and accurate reporting of production data to state and federal agencies,
- Working directly with the accounting department to generate production reports for management and financial statements,
- Working with field personal to insure timely and accurate reporting of production data,
- Assisting the Operations Engineers in projects to increase production and enhance field operations,
Qualifications : Previous engineering tech experience or bachelor’s degree in engineering with zero to three years of experience :
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills. Ability to work well in a collaborative environment with both management and engineering team,
- Proficiency with Excel is a must, proficiency in database management a plus,
- Self-starter who can pro-actively manage the completion of projects,
- Practical and pragmatic approach to problem solving; hands on worker,
- Well organized in order to plan work schedule and project completion,
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
