Grizzly Land Services is helping staff a project for a client looking to add Mineral Acquisition Agents to pursue targeted mineral acquisitions within multiple basins throughout the Lower 48.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Professionally represent Client as independent Acquisition Agent
- Research and determine accurate and current contact information of owners in targeted mineral "buy areas"
- Directly contact owners of mineral interests from Client -provided leads
- Collaborate with Client staff to obtain title verification and coordinate closings of transactions
- Update Client CRM database with all activity relative to leads (including notes of each successful / attempted contact) and status of active negotiations
- Communicate regularly with Client staff to provide regular updates
Qualifications and Skills
- Mineral Acquisition experience preferred, but not required if candidate has strong experience with sales, real estate and / or other Oil and Gas related work (e.g., Lease Acquistions)
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and / or ability to learn and establish proficiency
- Strong negotiation and written / oral communication skills
- Comfort with cold calling and actively making phone calls
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (including Word, Excel, and Teams)
- Entreprenurial and highly motivated / able to work independently with minimal oversight
- Desire to manage own lead flow to develop consistent deal flow
Job Type
- Independent Contractor (1099) - 100% Commission Structure with no cap on potential earnings
- Flexible hours - preferably with some availability during evenings and weekends
